Shipping Information
We ship to several European countries and Switzerland. Shipping costs and timelines are outlined below:

- Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: €25
Delivery Timeline
Please note that all Flexi-Carbon products are custom-made to order. As a result, we require approximately three weeks to manufacture your items before shipping.
If your country is not listed above, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping options and costs. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, exchanges are not possible unless the item is damaged during manufacturing. In such cases, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Inspection Upon Delivery:
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, contact us immediately at info@flexi-carbon.com with detailed photos of the damage and your order number. - Resolution Process:
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and, if the defect is confirmed, arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Measurement Responsibility
All Flexi-Carbon products are crafted based on the measurements you provide. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate measurements following the instructions available on our website. Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order, as incorrect sizing due to customer error will not be eligible for return or exchange.
